Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days. Higher order volumes may occasionally require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery is generally 7–12 business days after dispatch for eligible United States destinations.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary because of carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

$49.99+Free Shipping is available for eligible orders with an order amount of $49.99 or more.
STANDARD
$5.99Standard Shipping applies to eligible orders with an order amount from $0.00 to $49.98.
The shipping method actually available to your order depends on the delivery address and current checkout configuration. Please review the final shipping charge shown at checkout before completing payment.
180-DAY FREE RETURN NOTICE
Shipping Labels And Return Eligibility Are Separate
Shipping options displayed at checkout may include the label “180 Days free return.” Eligible purchases may qualify for a return request within 180 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the conditions in the Mootacthy Return & Refund Policy.
For an eligible return approved under that policy, Mootacthy will provide or authorize the applicable no-cost return method. Please contact Customer Care before sending any product back.

Tracking Has Not Updated?
If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact service@mootacthy.com with your order number so our team can review the shipment information.
07 · LOST PACKAGE
Package Appears Lost?
Contact Customer Care if your package appears to be lost. We will review the available tracking information and work with the relevant logistics provider to determine an appropriate next step.
08 · DAMAGED DELIVERY
Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Product
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the product ordered, contact service@mootacthy.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos where relevant. After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return, or other reasonable solution at no additional approved return-shipping cost to the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment or shipment has begun.
